Carefree by Netta Riss

Here is a gorgeous new kit called Carefree by Netta Riss....Carefree is a gorgeous, shabby, lushly colored kit full of beautiful elements. This kit includes 9 patterned papers, each having a matching solid paper, and 50 unique elements.

I designed a layout using Carefree and a template from the Stacked Vol 1 by LauraMarie Scraps....
